Cancellation Policy

1. Before Dispatch

Cancel your order before dispatch via Track & Support or by emailing hello@cartivastorenew.shop. Prepaid amounts are refunded within 5–7 business days.

2. After Dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery and the order will be treated under our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by Us

Cartiva Store New may cancel orders if:

• Seed stock is unavailable or discontinued
• Pricing error on the website
• Suspected fraud or duplicate order
• Delivery address is unserviceable

Full refund is issued in all such cases.
