1. Shipping Coverage

We ship seed packets across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

All orders — prepaid and Cash on Delivery — include free shipping. No delivery charges are added at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
Dispatch depends on stock availability and product readiness.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

4. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather, and seasonal demand.

5. Packaging

Seed packets are securely packed in moisture-resistant packaging to maintain seed viability during transit. Fragile items are given additional protective wrapping.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If undeliverable, the parcel returns to us and we'll arrange re-shipment or refund.
